About
Hi there. I’m a content designer and creative writer based in Suffolk, England.
I work in UK local government as the Lead Content Designer for Suffolk County Council, and I’m studying part-time for a degree in Digital User Experience with Northumbria University.
You can find me on LinkedIn to check out my professional profile, and follow me on Medium where I post about content design and UX.
Outside of work, I’m a writer: I write short stories, poems and I’m working on my first novel. I’ve been featured in literary anthologies and shortlisted in writing competitions at the Ip-Art Festival in Suffolk and Frome Festival in Somerset.
Most recently, my flash fiction piece Any Sufficiently Advanced Technology was published in Popshot Magazine – a quarterly print publication of new writing sold across the UK.

I’ve previously worked as a digital content producer, and written articles, guides, interviews and reviews for a variety of websites, including HuffPost, Lifehack, Hostelworld, gapyear.com, Student Beans, WhatCulture, The Ecologist and Entrepreneur.com.
I’ve also written for several print and digital magazines, including IP1 Magazine, Style International, gapyear.com Magazine and TNT Magazine (see below). Finally, in a past life as a content marketer I’ve written e-books for AVG Technologies and Richardson’s Boating Holidays.
